The support I got was fantastic! The rep was super patient and walked me through everyting.
At first, I ran into a little issue where the blaster wasn't shooting properly. i was a bit frustarted and immediately reached out to the customer service team. Turns out,, it was totally my fault -- I didn't soak the beads need to be fully soaked for 4--6 hours and should sat submerged the whole time to work properly. Once I did that, the gel blaster fired properly!
